Top 3 elements that ruin effective organizational culture:
1.Poor communication
2.No growth opportunity
3.Management with negative attitude
Explanation
1. Poor communication.- When a company or an organization doesn't have the right approach communication creates frustration and misunderstanding with the team and enviroment because not everyone is the same page how to work all together with the same culture or values.
2.- No growth opportunity.- This affect the work activity between employees because they don't feel like they have to show their skills and work effectiveness since the employees don't have the opportunity to grow with the company and move up to a different level.
3.- Management with negative attitude.- This can affect the work environment with the company or organization for the wrong or negative message that the management is giving back to the employees. It's very difficult to work with managers with negative attitude and this create stress in the work area.
My experience with management with negative attitude was short thanks to my next level manager but it was a very difficult time for me and my family. My manager changed her atitude towards to me because she wanted me to be a personal banker and I decided to become a service manager and she didn't like the idea because I was too good on sales that becoming a banker will help the whole team but I liked more at that moment to do administration services than sales. My manager expressed her dissatisfaction and she started giving me hard time at work and trying to make me feel like I wasn't good enough for that position. We had some difficult insidents where she asked for my personla phone to check my message to see if I was using my phone during work time. I called my next level manager or her direct manager and HR took place on this issue. She got retired few weeks later.

1.- Low pay.- Most of the people we look for good pay and have a satisfied job, but some time we have to decided to get pay well and not to have the dream job or low pay and have the most satisfied job. This is depending on everyone circumtances. I would love to work in animal shelters but the pay is not the best and for me pay is very important because it's how I provide to my family.
2.- No stimulation.- This could be very frustrating and stressful for the employees if they don't see any empathy towards employees. Most of the time the employees need this reinforsment from the managers just providing small brakes, celebrating birth days or achievements, or showing empathy in another way.
