Tom Brown is a permanent employee, employed to Hand & Foot Academy as an instructor andis also a supervisor.She was paid $1,800,000 per annum, basic pay and 90,000 per annum as seniority allowance. Also, $6,000 AND $3,000 per month was paid for uniform and laundry, RESPECTJVELY.

NOTE: Tom is the ONLY monthly paid employee

After a LENGHTHLY negotiation which lasted for over THREE (3) years, between her trade union, (Jamaica Teachers Association) and her employer an increase was GRANTED at the beginning of financial year (September 20l 9) to cover the following periods:
