Steneli Co. initially prepared the production budget as follows: January 460,000; February 380,000; March 400,000; April -440,000; May 420,000. It requires 4lbs. of raw materials for each production units and it cost P5. 00 per lbs. for the raw material purchases. It is the company's policy that the ending raw materials should equal to 10% of the next month's production. Purchases are paid for in the following manner: 10% in the month of purchase; 50% in the month after purchase; 40% two months after the purchase
