If you have been outside on a cold, windy day, you know that the wind makes it seem colder than it really is. After an extensive study (see Exercise 2-13) the National Weather Service has derived the following wind chill formula: W = 35.74 + 0.6215 T - 35.75 (V^0.16) + 0.4275 T(V^0.16) where W is the wind chill adjusted temperature, T is the air temperature in Fahrenheit, and V is the wind velocity in miles per hour. (a) Create a Wind Chill table that has columns for each temperature from 30 degrees down to -25 degrees in -5 degree increments and rows for wind velocity from 5 mph to 60 mph in 5 mph increments. These values should appear across the top (30, 25, 20, ... -25) and down the left column (5, 10, 15, ... 60) of your table. The body of the table should be the resulting wind chill adjusted temperatures according to the formula. The body of the table should use a single formula that is entered in the cell in the top left corner of the body of the table and then filled across and down. (b) Create the same Wind Chill table as a two-dimensional data tableStep by Step Solution
