Please show Work

A customer is putting the car under repair. Please draw the flow chart based on the following procedure. The customer first needs to make an appointment. Then the employee needs to determine whether alternative transparency (such as car files) is needed. If yes, then alternative transparency is needed to be arranged. If no file is needed, then, the employee would ask the customer to drive the car to the service center. Then the customer needs to provide personal and auto data to the service manager. After that, the customer needs to discuss problems and needs with the service manager. Then the service manager needs to determine whether the diagnosis is needed. If yes, the tests need to be performed. Otherwise, the service manager determines cost estimate and work schedule. Then, depending on whether the customer waits or return, if wait: then the customer need to go and wait in the waiting room, and the mechanics perform work. If the customer would not wait, then the customer just returns for pick of the car when the mechanics work finishes. Then after the mechanics work finishes, no matter whether customer waited in the waiting room or return for picking up the car, the customer reviews work performance with service manager. Then the service manager would determine if follow up is needed. After that, the customer needs to pay the bill for this repair and exit the auto shop.
