Please summarize the following.

The one ethical dilemma I've seen recently is the question of how to use social media and social networking sites in business to market products and services. The dilemma is whether to delegate responsibility to these sites or take the initiative on their own. It is recommended that, as a business, the executive empowers the task of a social media guru to use these sites for marketing. The concept is that someone using these sites would have more knowledge and expertise than you do and could reach more people with less effort. I've also heard multiple arguments in favor of executives taking the initiative independently.

Whether or not an executive should take responsibility on their own has merits on both sides of the debate. One argument supporting executives taking responsibility for their own social media is that it shows a leadership role within an organization by demonstrating dedication to financial success and innovation and a desire to take risks to achieve better results. An executive having the foresight to create their social media sites is usually an executive who is willing to take risks and delegate responsibility to people under them.

This argument also supports the use of social media in business because it allows an executive to leave a legacy, which means that this executive was able to make a significant change in the future of the company. Delegating responsibility for their own social networking sites is beneficial to companies because they are able to attract more customers. A strong presence on social networking sites can allow a company's products or services to be advertised on those sites, whether by someone other than the executives or by executives on their own.

The solution I've come up with is utilizing multiple websites and social networking sites by different team members. The benefits are that there will be many tools to market our product, we will reach more customers, and it won't cost too much money. I see this happening by dividing our team members into two groups. One group would manage the company website and social networking site that, includes all types of marketing. In contrast, another group would control the Facebook page, including anything on the timeline related to marketing or research.

I chose this particular solution to solve this ethical dilemma because it allows us to benefit from having multiple pages for one person. This way, even if someone else is in charge of marketing, they will still be able to take advantage of all the opportunities included on those separate sites. The disadvantage of this solution is that there is not enough time for both people to manage their pages properly if we do it this way. Marketing through multiple social networks an social media pages requires a lot of time and attention to messages and feedback. Another disadvantage of marketing through social media and social networking and having multiple pages is from one account to another, you run the risk of losing followers. This could harm both of your accounts and harm your original account more than anything else.

The principles of gratitude and respect are fundamental when evaluating an ethical

dilemma, specifically in business. Gratitude is the emotion one feels for receiving a favor or gift from someone else. It is another way of saying that you are grateful to this person for what they have done for you. We should be thankful to those who help us financially and also those who help guide our career development. This teaches us how to properly value what we do and how we got there in the first place. The other principle of respect is just as crucial as gratitude.

Ethics and integrity are two essential components of character. This is the most ethical way to act and live. The principles that we discussed, Gratitude and Respect, have been able to guide us in certain situations as business leaders when faced with ethical dilemmas. A question often arises is whether or how much one should trust the employees who work for them personally or an organization. Let's follow the principles of respect and Gratitude because these principles will prevent us from making mistakes in our business dealings and help us to not only be the best leader possible but also, hopefully, the best business person possible as well.

The organization can foster an ethical work environment by ensuring that all business operations are done serially for the benefit of the organization. There needs to be policies and procedures in place, as well as an open communication policy between all members of the organization concerning ethical issues. The way of resolving ethical dilemmas for our business would be to make sure that there will be no problems with developing our product. Our goal is to help people interact more efficiently by using the product that we have developed. This will allow them to have easier access to information and the company to make a lot of money in the process because they will find more customers. We must ensure that we are ethical in our business dealings and provide a product we can be proud of. The learning we can apply from this dilemma is that as leaders when faced with ethical dilemmas, we should always be thinking about how an action might affect someone else involved in the situation.

The area of influence in which I could apply this situation would be my business dealings. As a business major, I plan on starting my own company in the future, and I always want to ensure that it is run ethically and that customers are happy. The other thing that is important to me is making sure that all of my colleagues are happy as well because if they aren't satisfied with their jobs, then they will not work hard enough for the company, and everything will fall apart.

In conclusion marketing through social media and social networking can be a great asset to marketing for a company if done correctly. Using these methods will allow the company to reach a larger group of consumers. In order to be successful everyone must know their role and what task are expected from each employee. You must also understand the target customer that you are trying to capture with your product.
