Please use the ICCRC Code of Professional Ethics and CanLii for this part. Class is to divide into groups of four (4). Using a specific section of the ICCRC Code of Professional Ethics and a sample IRB hearing case (CanLii.ca), create a potential immigration problem for another group to solve. The problem presented must be one which is related to the Code and can be illustrated through the IRB hearing case used.
