In this assignment you will be reviewing procurement process documents published on the PPRA Services Portal. Complete the following tasks:

1. Visit the Active Procurement page. Select three Three Tender Notices for either Goods, Works or Services. Review the the quality of the documents - scope, specification, delivery times, contract conditions, evaluation criteria, contact information for clarifications, compliance with relevant PPRA rules, etc. Identify any deviations or shortcomings that should be addressed.

2. Visit the Annual Procurement Plan page. Check and verify if the items mentioned in the procurements you selected are mentioned in the annual procurement plans for the related organization / department.

3. Visit the Evaluation Report page. Identify any selected company listed in First Lowest Firm Name column. Find and list the five more recent contacts for that firm. Check to see if the company only has contract for one organization / departments or has worked with multiple departments.
