1. Case study #1: Identify who the stakeholders were in this case and what were the failures related to each stakeholder.
2. Case study #2: Please analyze the case study: what led to the incident, the worker's behaviour, the co-workers reactions and the manager's responds. What do you think happened at the end of the video - was the situation mitigated?
3. Case study #3: Please analyze the case study. Do you think the case was resolved or not? What would you suggest as a further action?
