Though, the business has faced some problems with the delay of payments. The accounting department had tracked the delays and decided to send an email to remind the customers who missed the payments to pay what they owe. Following the same process send a reminder email to the customers who missed the deadline using MS Word. The email must include the following information: Your name and your position in the "Cup of Coffee" . When should the customers pay their debt? How long they've been late to pay?
