All of the clients have average cognitive abilities, are able to communicate vocally, and have family support. You have chosen to implement simplified habit reversal. Gabriella is a 16-year-old Hispanic student who has a 3-inch bald spot on the back of the head. Gabriella has engaged in trichotillomania for approximately three years and reports that they often do not realize that they are pulling hair until Gabriella's family points it out.

DeJuan is a 10-year-old African American student who initially pulled hair from their head. After the parent began having DeJuan's head shaved, they started pulling out arm hair. DeJuan most commonly pulls hair at school when presented with frustrating task demands.

Todd is an 18-year-old Caucasian student who has engaged in trichotillomania for approximately 10 years. They pull hair from their head, eyebrows, and pubic region.

Cassidy is an 8-year-old African American student who recently began engaging in trichotillomania. At your initial appointment, you realized that they have removed all of their eyebrows and a majority of their eyelashes.
