Access www.canlii.org and find the Khoziry v. Yaletown Office Furniture Ltd. (2004) BCPC (CanLll) case in the B.C. Provincial Court in 2004 (you may also find a listing for the Supreme Court). This case discusses several issues that are covered during this course. Be sure to find the correct version of this case as cited above. Should be a provincial court or supreme court decision in any province except Quebec (which is not a common law jurisdiction) Provide the the weblink to the case Briefly summarize the facts of this case to explain the circumstances where there was justification for a cause termination (approximately 3-4 sentences)
