2. A bicycle manufacturer has three assembly plants at three different cities (City 1 , City 2 , City 3 ). The bicycles are shipped to retail customers (Retailer 1, Retailer 2 and Retailer 3 ) from two warehouses (Warehouse 1 and Warehouse 2) located at two different cities. All the assembled bicycles must be transported to the warehouses. The shipping costs per bicycle (in ) from the assembly plants to the warehouses and from the warehouses to the retailers, and the supply at the assembly plants and demand at the retailers for the next six months are summarized in the following tables. 2.1. (4.0 points) Determine the optimal shipments from the plants to warehouses to retail customers that will minimize total transportation cost. 2.2. (2.0 points) Suppose that due to time weather conditions, a route is closed and Retailer 1 cannot be supplied from Warehouse 1. What would be the effect on the solution? 2.3. (2.0 points) Suppose that the Warehouse 1 can sell 30 bicycles in the local market directly to the customers. Find the new optimal solution
