B is made of C and D as shows in product structure in Figure Q1. Assuming lot sizes of A=20, B = 50, C= Lot-for-lot and D=400. There are currently A = 10 and B=30 units available with and additional scheduled receipts of 20 units of component A in period 1, 50 units of component B in week 2 and 40 units of component C in week 2. During this pandemic, the work centre operates 32 hours but they produce output equivalent to 20 hours of work.
