When officer Brown gets to the driver's side of the vehicle he orders the driver to roll the window down. After verifying the driver's license and registration, officer Brown asks Billy Bob for permission to search his vehicle. Billy Bob replies, "naw fool, if you had probable cause, you wouldn't have asked for permission". Officer Brown then orders Billy Bob out of the vehicle and arrests him. Officer Brown searches the car but does not find any illegal drugs in the car passenger area. Officer Brown then searches the trunk and finds 10 kilos of cocaine. At the driver's criminal trial for possession of the cocaine, Billy Bob's lawyer files a motion to prevent the cocaine from being introduced into evidence.Should the court allow the cocaine to be introduced into evidence.
