Policing in America looked very different across each of the 3 eras (political, reform, and community). If you could hypothetically "build" the ideal style/function of police, which components would you combine? In other words, pick and choose certain aspects/components/tactics from each era to create the best style/function. Additionally, you may also choose to incorporate aspects/components from the London model that were not "selectively incorporated" into American policing in the 1800s. OR, please share your thoughts regarding the historical context of police and minority (specifically the Black community) relations
