Policy regarding unethical behavior is certainly fundamental. As such, there is a distinction between split-second decision-making and decision-making aligned with personal gain. More serious unethical behavior should be met with termination and this is a given. Yet, we can also make a distinction between grass eaters and meat eaters in these policies. Consider how you might make a distinction between these unethical categories in your policy. Should there be a distinction between these two categories in policy? Should one be met with termination and one otherwise or are both of these categories subject to termination in your view? Explain.
