Then input the "Actual" task information for each task. Use the MS Project file you just updated to assess project performance in terms of cost and schedule. Please provide status report which summarizes your findings. Include in your report the following sections/information: Executive summary Current status with respect to schedule performance. Current status with respect to cost performance. Use the MS Project views which include CV, SV, CPI, SPI, EAC, and Tracking Gantt to aid in your analysis. Does the project require action, given the status as of March 31, 2012? Why or why not?
