THREAT OF NEW ENTRANTS This force is low. it is challenging to reach the economy of scale. It is challenging for new competitors to join the industry and build a strong client base since the firm sources from 250 wellknown brands and relies on packing and delivery as a competitive advantage. Since every product is unique and tailored by the stylist, the product distinction is great. Due to the signicant expenses associated with technological development and nancial needs, it is challenging for new competitors to launch protable enterprises. These factors lessen the force of the threat posed by new entrants. For newcomers, setting up their distribution channels and entering the market is simple due to easy access to distribution networks. Any new entrant may easily get their goods on the shelf because there are just a few retail stores that carry such products. These elements make the threat of new competitors a potent force in this business. POWER OF BUYERS (CUSTOMERS MALE 8: FEMALE) The bargaining power of buyers is low The target audience of stitch fix are constrained from shopping from physical stores. Since there are a very few suppliers who provide customized products therefore customers do not have bargaining power here.
