PQR (M) Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian company producing bearings for multiple industries and multinational customers. One of their products, Deep Groove Ball Bearings (DGBB) are among the most widely used type of bearing in the world. DGBB can operate at high speeds and can carry radial and (limited) axial loads and commonly used in electric motors, compressors, fans, and conveyors. This company is heading toward to implement the Six Sigma methodology as one of their initiatives to improve their business process by meeting the customer's expectations and the stakeholder's standards. As a new production engineer, and certified with Six Sigma belts, you has been requested to lead a new project to solve a production problem. Based on the Production Daily Report (ProDart) detailed in Appendix A:
