Practice task 27 Read the case study and answer the questions At S&G Mobile marks some of Joseph's peers have been complaining to his manager, Scott, that Joseph has been rude and unapproachable. Since the new network server was introduced, the slightest problem makes him angry and frustrated. When staff has a problem, he questions them so abruptly that they feel they have done something wrong. Many are now reluctant to ask him for help. Scott decides to have an informal meeting with Joseph to discuss his behaviour, attitude and relationship with staff. In this case study, Joseph has allowed his fear of change to affect his performance. As a result, he is getting negative feedback from peers and now his supervisor. How could Joseph have benefited from a more proactive approach, getting feedback from staff about their problems before they complained to his manager
