Pre-COVID culture has been creeping back into to many company cultures. To ensure a happy, healthy, and effective work force that feels as though they are heard by the company, Some companies need to allow Remote work for any employees that are not needed at the office to conduct operations.

1. Formulate 5 strategies and action plans to drive change with a goal of accommodating 80% of employees who wish to work remote full time over the next six months.
