Pre-edit the Schedule for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with the following information: Dr. Schumacher does hospital rounds every morning, and will not be available to see patients until 09:30. a. b. The office closes at 17:30 every day but Wednesday, when the office closes at noon. C. Dr. Schumacher takes lunch every day but Wednesday between 11:45 and 12:45. d. He likes to do physical examinations in the mornings on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but no more than two per day. e. He is seeing a drug rep from 10:00-10:15 on Tuesday. f. On Thursday, he has a client-care conference 11:00 am-11:45 in his office. g. He must be out of the office by 17:00 on Thursday for another meeting. h. He has an hour-long meeting at the hospital on Tuesday starting at 14:00. The drive takes 10 minutes, each way. i. Dr. Schumacher likes to have a busy schedule and prefers not to have unnecessary breaks between appointments. Make sure you give patients the first available appointment that fits their needs.
