4. According to a citys actuaries, employees earned $500,000 in pensions during the year 2021. However, the city budgeted and paid only $400,000. The pension was underfunded at the start of the year.
5. The Capital Project Fund transfers $200,000 to the Debt Service Fund. The transfer is the result of bonds issued at a premium.
6. On Jan 1^st, city acquires a $60,000 machine and finances it with a three year, 10% installment note. The city will repay the note (plus interest) in three end of year installments of $24,127. Due on December 31^st.
