Prepare a 2-page write-up of an actual application the decision analysis Management Science technique displayed in the paper, "Revenue Management Delivers Significant Revenue Lift for Holiday Retirement" from the Interfaces journal. The 2-page (double spaced) paper should focus on: What decision the company was trying to make. What management science technique they used and why they felt that this was the appropriate technique. What did they end up doing as a result of their analysis? What were the ramifications of their decision (cost savings, etc.)? Your paper should be focused on application and not theory. We are interested in what decisions were being made or what systems were being improved, what management science model(s) were used and why those model(s) were appropriate, how successful the approach(es) were, and, if you can, what were the keys to success (or kept it from being successful)
