You are open from $7$ am$-6$ pm$.$ Some other expenditures are rent, utilities, food, professional development, supplies $($office and educational$),$ payroll including benefits, liability insurance, and maintenance $($lump sum, not necessarily paid maintenance workers$-$most programs cannot afford to have a maintenance worker on the payroll$).$
