Prepare a Decision Table to specify the following written procedures:
You have been assigned to develop a railway reservation system. During Analysis, you have
completed the following notes:
If the request is for economy class and economy class seats are available, issue an economy class
ticket and reduce the economy class availability.
If the request is for economy class ticket, but no seats are available, and the customer would not
accept an alternative (first class) if alternative is available, refer the customer to another train.
If the person requests economy class, but none is available, and first class is acceptable as alternative,
but none is available refer the person to another train. If on the other hand, first class is available
issue first class ticket and reduce the first class availability.
If the request is for first class and first class is available, issue a first class ticket and reduce the first
class availability. However, if first class is unavailable, but economy class is available and acceptable
as alternative issue economy class ticket and reduce the economy class availability.
If the passenger requests first class ticket and none is available, and the person will not accept
economy class as an alternative if economy is available refer the passenger to another train. Also,
under the same conditions, except that economy class is not available, again refer the person to
