A. Rahman food Sdn Bhd is a company that produce varieties of frozen food in Jerantut, Pahang. Wages & salaries are paid in the month in which they are incurred. 2. All material purchases are on credit terms. 50% of this purchase will be paid one month after the purchase. The remaining balance will be paid two months after the purchase. 3. Included in the overhead budget is RM2,500 depreciation of plant & machinery. Overhead expenses will be paid in the month they are incurred. 4. It is estimated that 50% are cash sales. 40% of the debtors will pay in month following sale with 5% discount on cash discount to attract early settlement. The remaining 60% will be collected two months after sale without any discount. 5. The company is expected to buy new furniture & fittings costing RM30,000 in September in which RM15,000 will be paid in the month of purchase & the remaining will be paid equally in the following 5 months. 6. Interest on fixed deposit of RM5,000 from Bank Rakyat will be received in September 7. It is expected that cash balance as at 1 July 2016 will be RM20,000
