This semester, one of my goals was to get a perfect 4.0 grade point average, and I'm delighted to say that I was successful in achieving that objective.

Feedback on Accomplishments

Your report must:

a) Include a copy of the measurement instrument-how did you measure it?(place in the Appendix)

b) Contain an updated graph which illustrates progress over this semester(provide a visual & incorporate the Self-Efficacy scores)

c) Must also contain 2 Self-Efficacy scores, a pre-test and a post-test
