• Outlines key case information, including how each family member qualifies for the permit/visa they are applying for

• Supports case strategy and advocates in the clients' best interests
• Explains any assumptions you make to complete the assignment

In addition to the submission letter:

1. List the names of all relevant government forms for both family members (You are NOT required to complete the forms)
2. List the names of all supporting documents that should be included with the application submission
