Prepare a "White Paper (report/proposal) presenting 1) the Program and 2) the Benefits of implementing a Quality Initiative, other than Six Sigma or Lean Sigma, with its foundation being Training and Education. (There are many Quality Initiatives other than Six Sigma). You will need to establish how this program will begin as the realization that there is a critical need for a culture change within the organization.

One of the largest challenges will be the acceptance and adoption by your senior management. This "report" is to be exclusively a narrative paper; however, must include an Appendix with supporting graphs/charts to support statements within the "white paper." The audience to receive this "report" is Senior Executive Management. This report will be a reference source for the President of the company to prepare his presentation to the Board of Directors on the same subject.
