Prepare for assessment Identify two employees to observe and monitor during one service period in your workplace/ work placement service. Meet with the employees and discuss the assessment task requirements and purpose. Complete the following staff performance agreement template together prior to commencing the service period. Using the performance report template provided, develop a list of at least eight observable criteria based on the employee's positions. Arrange to monitor employee performance during the service period in the workplace. Throughout the service period, closely observe the chosen employees work performance. Complete the performance report based on the employee's work performance throughout the service period. Include comments and recommendations for individual development.
