Analyze information using database management functions, and multiple worksheets, to facilitate decision-making. Investigate functions and formulae used to facilitate problem solving. Search terms: KPIs, business metrics, dashboards Instructions: For this project and presentation you will examine the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) used by a particular industry or business within your area of specialization or interest. KPI examples are provided in the above link for Sales, Financial, Social Media etc. and as shown below. Before you begin, think about how your place of work measures success or how they track progress in various areas of the business. Review the KPIs that are listed in your selection ie, Sales, Marketing, Accounting etc., and select 3 KPI measurements for which you will collect data from one or more sources to include in your Excel worksheet(s). The data can be actual or hypothetical. Your worksheet(s) should include at least enough data to perform various calculations and manipulations depending on your KPIs selected. You must also create a dashboard (using a graph/chart) for each KPI you have selected. The dashboards can be on the same worksheet as the data or on a separate sheet within the workbook. Your worksheet(s) should include at least 50 rows of data so that you can also demonstrate your skills in tasks outlined in the rubric.
