In this lab, we'll apply just one of many methods of linearization: creating a log-log plot. One way to do this is to plot In[f (x)] vs. In (x). 1. Beginning with Eqn. 3, complete a derivation to show that In [f(x)] is linear with respect to In(x). To begin, take the natural log of both sides of the equations, then simplify. 2. In a log-log plot of Eqn. 3 (i.e., In[f (x)] on the vertical axis and In (x) on the horizontal axis), what would be the slope, in terms of A and/or B? What would be the y-intercept? 3. From your analysis of the falling coffee filter on the previous page, what will the slope of log-log plot for terminal velocity versus mass be if Eqn. (1) holds? Eqn. (2)? Explain
