B. Cost section. Only consider the below elements of the cost section.
Motivate for each element.

 Material;
 Equipment;
 Facilities;
 Travel.

Return on Investment 10%
Time to market/ Duration 12 months
Risk factor Low
Chances of success High
Resources (staff) There should be a minimum of ten resources to manage this project.
