Danni was a witness to a brawl outside her local pub last Friday night. The police were called and Danni was arrested despite having only been a witness to the incident. She attempted to explain this to the arresting officer who only told her to "shut up and get in the van". She was released after 10 hours of sitting in the holding cell without being charged for anything and she is still not sure why she was arrested. She feels very angry with the behaviour of the police officer and wants to know if there is any action she can take.
