Baekjeong BBQ is a premium Korean and Japanese infused unlimited grilling restaurant established in 2019 by George Yung. Mr. Yung has been in the business industry for over a decade and wanted to explore the food industry, and so, while unlimited grilling was still at its peak, Mr. Yung decided to hop onto the bandwagon, thus, Baekjeong BBQ was created. Mr. Yung wanted to stand out amongst the already established unlimited grilling restaurants, therefore, a lot of time and effort was put into the research and development of Baekjeong BBQ's menu and overall design, and in the end, Baekjeong BBQ's interiors were unlike any other unlimited grilling due to its very large space that can host over 70 guests and unique features like a function room, large parking space, designated smoking area, and a very welcoming flower wall by the entrance, moreover, the perfect choices of meat, marinades, dipping sauce, and side dishes were created. Their original menu consists of three different choices of meat, namely: chicken, beef, and pork, 4 different marinades, 17 premium side dishes, a variety of drinks, a complimentary dessert, and a free cake for those who celebrate their birthday at the restaurant. However, since then, Baekjeong BBQ has further expanded and improved their menu and has added new side dishes, Ala Cartes, Bento boxes, and party platters. They had also adapted to an Al Fresco set up when the government declared a maximum number of allowed guests to dine in doors. Baekjeong BBQ is currently exploring more ways to further improve their menu, service, and ambiance to attract more customers and adapt to the changing preferences of consumers
