(15 points) The Center of Vital Intelligent Diets (COVID) has issued a list of dietary guidelines to insure a healthy immune system to give individuals the greatest chance of surviving on onset of any virus that may invade a person's body. Four critical vitamins were identified: A, C, D, E. You have identified several possible food additives in small cubes) that contain some of these important vitamins. Each additive has its own flavor: Chicken Stew, Beef Stew, Chicken Curry, and Pasta Alla Norma. The amount of each vitamin (in milligrams) and cost per cube of food additive is given in the table below: Vitamin/mg A D E Cost (cents/cube Food Cube Additives Chicken Beef Chicken Pasta Alla Stew Stew Curry Norma 60 18 60 50 50 43 30 62 60 45 48 40 80 27 20 30 4.5 5.5 4 3.65 Min Daily requirement (mg) 2000 4000 3000 2500 In addition to these minimum daily vitamin requirements you have you own requirements based on your individual taste: 1) At least 5 of each food cube additive 2) No more than 30 cach of the Chicken Stew, Beef Stew, and Chicken Curry cubes 3) No more than 20 of the Pasta Alla Norma cubes 4) The ration of the total of chicken flavored cubes (the Stew and Curry) to the Beef Stew cubes should be no more than 3 to 2. 5) The food cubes cannot be cut or portioned so your solution should be in whole cubes (no fractional values...for example your solution cannot be 1.3 cubes. The number of cubes must be an integer. DON'T FORGET TO GO TO OPTIONS AND UNCHECK THE "IGNORE INTERGER CONSTRAINTS" BOX and set the Constraint Precision to .0001 IN SOLVER!) 6) You would like to minimize the total cost of all the flavored cubes needed. 7) Use the 04 rab in you Excel file to build and solve this model. I have started the model building process for you. You can either use what I have or start your own design for this model. 8) Answer the following questions. a) What would be the decision variables for this model? b) What would be the objective function for this model? c) What is the constraint to ensure requirement #4 (ratio of chicken to beef) is met for this model? d) What is your optimal solution for this problem? Be sure to include the total cost
