Presume that you are a Member of Parliament. You are required to pass a legislation through the parliament. Draft a law which should have the following chapters. The topic of the law is up to you.

1. Introduction (Preamble)

2. Definition of important terms

3. Main sections - what do you want people to do

4. Penalties linked with it

5. Dispute resolution forum/ Powers of the Government/Government official.

Along with the draft of the law, you have to write a parliamentary speech introducing the law, why you wish to have this passed and what will the society gain from it.
