Pretend that you and your team are working for a large organization. Your Applied Project team has been given the task of developing strategies/ creative ideas to motivate and improve accountability at your workplace. This will work towards increasing productivity, attendance and job satisfaction.

As a team, your task is to develop 2 new creative strategies (different from question 2 above) that management can use to motivate this large organizations employees. Be sure to explain the WHAT, HOW and WHY each strategy will increase motivation.
