Now that you have set up Taiwan, describe how you would handle the situation below and what could come from this situation:

A citizen in your city has become very angry with your government. You recently passed a law and/or made a decision that was going to make this person's life more difficult. They have chosen to protest your decision by having petitions signed and will most likely protest by picketing with signs in front of City Hall. You will need to decide how to handle the situation.
