Pretty Poppy was walking home from school listening to music on her new cell phone when suddenly she was attacked by two robbers. One held a knife to her throat while the other took her schoolbag and cell phone. She immediately ran to her Granny and reported the matter. The robbers were eventually caught and charged with Robbery with Aggravating Circumstances. In court, Pretty's Granny testifies as follows: "Pretty came running towards me. Her clothes were covered with dust and her hair was full of grass...she was shaking and looked shocked and traumatized". The defence objected to this testimony. Make a ruling on the objection and provide reasons therefor as the Presiding Officer in the matter.
