PR/FAQ stands for Press Release (PR) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). It represents a type of document that is developed to propose and explain a new product or service idea to a wider range of internal organisational stakeholders. It is written from a future perspective - describing a hypothetical launch of a yet-tobe-released product or service. Hence, in the PR section the author envisions the final product or service to be introduced to the market. In the external FAQ section the author states the range of questions he or she anticipates from customers and the wider public and provides the answers to these questions. In the internal FAQ section the author states the range of questions from the different internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, operations, data analytics) he or she expects to receive and provides the answers to these questions.
