 three variances: 

(1)the difference in profit due to me selling more or less units, 

                

(2) the difference in profit due to me selling units at a higher or lower price, and 

(3) the difference in profit due to me producing more or less units.

After completing this analysis, discuss both your budget and my performance in terms of the variances. Describe any changes you need to make in your budget approach AND/OR any praise you need to give me as your employee.
