Principles of Management Essay

Identify a current issue in management. The purpose of this paper/essay is to expand on the knowledge of the class on current management issues which impact current organizations and to create solutions. Research a management issue, identify a TED talk, or identify a current event article that relates to topics discussed within our course. Develop a typewritten paper that no more than and no less than 3 pages of typed content (not including title page or works cited page, 12-point font, doublespaced, etc.). Describe the issue, provide an overview of the TED talk topic, the article, etc. Discuss how the issue impacts the work environment and how has it become a management-related issue. Discuss who are the major industries/companies/customers impacted by the issue. Discuss why you and/or the industry has an interest in this topic. Discuss how this issue may be having a profound effect on the way people work. Discuss how this issue may impact the ability of companies/industries to be successful and provide examples.
