This week, the team will devise a Burn-Down Chart using MS Excel given the following:

• Your vacation planning project has a total of 24 tasks.
• Each task requires 8 hours to complete.
• You have completed the first six tasks, with the following results:
  • Task 1 required 6 hours to complete.
  • Task 2 took 8 hours to complete.
  • Task 3 took 7 hours to complete.
  • Task 4 took 9 hours to complete.
  • Task 5 took 4 hours to complete.
  • Task 6 took 8 hours to complete.
• Each of the completed tasks required a single day each to complete.

• Construct a Burn-Down Chart.
• Represent the estimated remaining hours as a dashed red line.
• Represent the actual remaining hours as a solid blue line.
