Prior to Brown v. Board of Ed., it was legal for schools to be segregated. Of course, as times change, based upon the "flexibility of the law" in our country, the laws change as well. If you follow politics at all, perhaps you are aware of some subjects that come up each time a president proposes a Supreme Court Justice. Can you think of any other "landmark Supreme Court decisions" that changed an area of the law as we know it? I will give you a clue that one such decision was made on (or about) June 15, 2020
