The decision was reported at page 32 of the 12th volume of the Canadian Cases on the Law of Torts (3Ird edition) and at page 34 of the second volume of the Supreme Court Reports for 2019. [3 marks] . Jake Peralta was charged by the police with a minor offence in 2010. The case was the 87'11 case heard by the Ontario Court of Justice that year. It was not reported. [2 marks] Raymond Holt won a tort case in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice against Whole Foods Market Inc. in 1999. Whole Foods appealed. The decision of the Ontario Court of Appeal was given in 2000 and it was reported in the 7th volume of the second series of the Canadian Cases on the Law of Torts at page 121, and in the 15th volume of the third edition of the Dominion Law Reports at page 297.
