probability using Matlab.

I am having some difficulty arriving at the correct solution to this problemI am not confident in my approach and answer when solving this problem and I would like to kindly compare and learn how to properly solve this problem.

In specifics, I am not certain which necessary variables to consider when computing my calculations, I might be overlooking an error or might be overcomplicating for myself.

In-depth Steps with explanations are greatly appreciated, as it would help me with learning and finding my error!Thank you very much for your expert help!

Please explain your work and, if necessary, show code.Problem 3: probability of disease clusters. Suppose a building has 100 people. Assume that for one person the probability of developing a cancer over 1[} years is 10%. Thus in a building on average we expect 10 cases over 10 years. Let's say that a building has a disease cluster if there are more than 25 cases over that period. [1) Use the CLT to estimate probability of a cluster in a building. (2) What is the smallest number of buildings in a city before the probability of a cluster in at least one of these building is 0.5 or higher? You can either estimate this explicitly by a formula (note: the CLT does not help and is not needed) or provide a simulation. [3] Repeat [1) and (2) under the assumption that the individual probability of cancer is 5% instead of 10%
