Generate a regression model as you did previously. There is clearly at least one observation that seems out of place from the others. Indicate whether this is best labeled an outlier, influential, or both.

Then decide whether or not to keep this observation.

Remember: As an analyst, you must always explain / justify any decisions you make regarding the data.

Provide a brief discussion of your model. That is, imagine you are providing this analysis to someone who has no background in statistics. Try to describe your regression model in real world.
